Ray Sato handles all drafting services at this location.  Ray Sato has over 45 years of drafting experience and has the distinction of having designed hundreds of Oahu’s most handsome and affordable homes. 

Typically material houses with drafting services keep the level of service to reasonably priced homes.  Generally homes over $400,000 in construction cost would not be a good candidate.  For the most part we would prefer homes or additions in the $50,000 to $300,000 range.  Homes usually consist of basic design elements.  During the initial interview Ray will decide if the home you are considering fits the model we would typically embrace.

Charges for homeplanning services is set at $350.00 per sheet.  We typically draw in ¼” scale and from experience we know that it takes two to three sheets to design an addition and approximately 3-5 sheets for a 3 bedroom / 2 bath residence.  Lead times vary from 6-10 weeks depending on the complexity of the project.
