Complete Package Includes:             

• Standard plans with plot plan
• Interior foundation concrete blocks with termite pans for post & pier.
• Foundation hardware (rebar, clinton wire, tie wire, anchor bolts)
• HI-BOR pressure treated structural lumber and trim (100% penetration in all 2” material…..no end coating necessary on 2” material)
• HI-BOR pressure treated plywood underlayment for flooring on post & pier models.
• Pre-engineered roof trusses spaced at 4’ O.C.
• Either asphalt or corrugated roofing will be furnished depending on the branch location. Check with your branch of choice.
• 5/8” DF T1-11 siding (Duratemp or Hardie siding options available)
• Framing hardware, ventilators at eaves, caulking
• White vinyl single glaze horizontal sliding windows with screens.
• Pre-fitted machined doors complete with hinges and SCHLAGE locksets
• Drywall for all interior walls and ceiling, complete with tape, corner beads and enough mud for light texturing
• Cabinets – Quality preassembled decorative kitchen and bath cabinetry
• Post formed plastic laminate counter tops
• Plumbing fixtures, lavatories, SS kitchen sink, faucets, water closets, tub/ shower units, shower valves, laundry tray, mirror medicine cabinets, garbage disposal, water heater, towel bars, toilet paper holders and shower rods. (at Select Branches Only)
• Lighting fixtures, smoke alarms, range hood and dryer vent. (at Select Branches Only)
• Floor covering, carpets in living room, bedrooms, hall; vinyl in baths, kitchen, dining & utility. (at Select Branches Only)
• Miscellaneous items, including closet shelving/ rods, nails, TYVEK home wrap.

Items NOT included in the Package

• Appliances except as noted above
• Poured-in-place concrete and hollow tile
• Rough-in electrical (meter socket, panel box, breakers, outlets, switches, covers, wiring)
• Rough-in plumbing
• Sceptic engineering and skeptic system, gutters, catchments, etc.
• Redraw time, engineer/ architect stamp, building permits, etc.
