DELIVERY

Honsador is not responsible for shortages or damaged materials after the delivery has been signed for and materials received are accepted. Materials requested to be dropped at site without a signing representative present will be assumed delivered complete and in good condition. Damaged materials and shortages must be confirmed and documented at the time of delivery. All Honsador personal and equipment must have clear and safe access to the location’s materials are being delivered. Locations not accessible without concern of damages to product/ equipment/ property/ or person may be denied, and materials will be returned with delivery rescheduled. A delivery fee will be applied to each delivery and subject to a handling fee. Goods stored at a Honsador yard for and on behalf of the purchaser are held at the owner (purchasers) liability.

RETURNS

Must be made within 30 days of initial receipt of materials. All returned materials must be in original packaging, lengths and in resaleable condition. A 20% restocking fee + pick-up fee if applicable will be applied against the credit for all acceptable returned goods. Special Order Purchases, Custom cut to length, non-saleable & Engineered wood products are NOT RETURNABLE.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Subject to a Monthly Finance Charge at the maximum rate permitted by law, on balance past due over 30 days from date of invoice. Customer shall pay all applicable costs and/or reasonable attorneys’ fees, if applicable to the extent permitted by law for collection of payments and other charges due under this agreement.

LIABILITY

At the time a purchaser picks up materials from a Honsador yard and/or when goods leave the yard by any means, the purchaser accepts full and sole responsibility for the transportation of all materials on and off Honsador Lumbers yard inclusive of any damages that result there from, including, but not limited to responsibility for any damage to purchaser or purchasers vehicle and/or property damage or personal injury or death to others as a result of the purchasers decision to transport dangerous/ inappropriate/ non-permitted/ oversized/ overweight/ hazardous loads, and any citations, tickets, fines, or notices of violation that may result from infractions of law in the transportation of such materials. Further, the purchaser agrees to properly secure, flag, or otherwise take responsible and appropriate measures to warn and protect others from and against any dangerous/ inappropriate/ non-permitted/ oversized/ hazardous loads. PURCHASER AGREES NOT TO HOLD HONSADOR RESPONSBILE FOR ANY SUCH DAMAGES AND SPECIFICALLY AGREES TO DEFEND AND INDEMNIFY HONSADOR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED BY HONSADOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PICKUP AND TRANSPORTATION OF SUCH MATERIALS. All Honsador personal and equipment must have clear and safe access to the location’s materials are being delivered. Storage beyond 10 days is subject to a fee without liability to Honsador.
